1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Player" or "You" means any individual who registers an Account or accesses the Platform.

2 Acceptance of Terms

3 Eligibility & Registration

To register an Account and use the Platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

2. You must not be accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
3. You must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming under any laws applicable to you.

5. You must register using accurate, truthful, and complete personal information.

up7777 reserves the right to request documentary verification of age, identity, and address at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documentation within a reasonable period may result in suspension of withdrawal rights or account closure. 4 Account Rules

Each Player is permitted to hold one Account only. The creation of duplicate or multiple Accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your Account, including all Bets placed and all transactions initiated. You must not share your Account credentials with any other person or permit any other person to use your Account.

up7777 accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised use of your Account where such unauthorised access occurred due to your failure to keep credentials secure. You must notify support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your Account.

Account credentials (username and password) may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person under any circumstances. Any attempt to transfer an Account is void and may result in permanent closure of the Account and forfeiture of the Balance.

up7777 reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any Account at its sole discretion where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, abuse, misrepresentation, or breach of these Terms. In the event of closure due to proven fraud, the Balance may be forfeited without recourse.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on up7777 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported payment methods include Easypaisa, JazzCash, SadaPay, Raast, HBL, UBL, MCB Bank, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, and debit/credit cards where applicable.

up7777 does not charge fees on deposits. However, your chosen payment provider may apply transaction charges or processing fees, for which up7777 accepts no responsibility.

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. up7777 may require verification of the payment method used for deposit before processing a withdrawal to that method. This is a security measure designed to protect Players from fraudulent withdrawals.

Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods previously used for deposits. Withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered to the Account holder are not permitted.

up7777 aims to process withdrawal requests promptly. Processing times may vary depending on your chosen payment method and applicable verification requirements. up7777 reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing pending the completion of required verification checks.

6 Betting Rules

All sports bets on up7777 are subject to the specific betting rules published for each market. These rules govern settlement, voiding, and the handling of postponed or abandoned events, and are accessible from the relevant betting market page.

Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the system, it is binding and may not be cancelled or amended by the Player except where an in-play cash-out option is available and exercised prior to event settlement.

up7777 reserves the right to void any bet or series of bets where there is evidence of: (a) odds errors or technical malfunctions; (b) use of automated betting software; (c) exploitation of system vulnerabilities; or (d) collusion or match manipulation. Where bets are voided, the original stake will be returned to the Player's Balance.

In-play betting odds are updated in real time and are subject to rapid change. up7777 is not liable for bets accepted at odds that were subsequently found to be manifestly erroneous due to data feed errors or latency.

Maximum payout limits apply per event and per market. These limits are displayed in the relevant market information. up7777 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake on any event or market at its discretion.

7 Casino Games

Casino games on up7777 — including slots, live dealer games, Mega Wheel, and other instant-win products — are operated using certified random number generation (RNG) technology or live dealer studios. Return to Player (RTP) percentages are published in each game's information panel.

Game outcomes are determined by the game provider's certified RNG system. up7777 has no ability to influence or adjust individual game outcomes. All game results are final once a round is completed, subject to the specific game rules.

Where technical failures occur during a game round — including server disconnections, browser crashes, or game malfunctions — the outcome will be determined in accordance with the game provider's malfunction policy. In cases where a round cannot be completed or verified, the round stake may be returned to the Player's Balance.

Progressive jackpot pools accumulate across game rounds until a qualifying combination is hit. Jackpot prizes are denominated and paid in PKR at the exchange rate applicable at the time of the win. Historical jackpot values displayed on the Platform are illustrative and represent accumulated prize pools across all players contributing to those pools.

8 Bonuses & Promotions

All promotional offers made available on up7777 — including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards — are governed by these Terms and by the specific promotion terms published for each offer.

General bonus rules applicable to all promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonus Funds must be wagered the stated number of times before any withdrawal of bonus funds or associated winnings is permitted.
• Only one active welcome bonus is permitted per new Account. Players who have previously held an up7777 Account are not eligible for new player promotions.

• Engaging in any form of collusion with other Players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage.

10 Responsible Gaming

14 Amendments to These Terms

Your continued use of the Platform following notification of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those updated Terms. If you do not accept the updated Terms, you must close your Account prior to the effective date of the changes.
